Job Responsibilities
Candidates must live within a 90-mile radius of the following locations: Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, or St. Louis.
- Go deep to get the lay of the land of the industry and technology infrastructure that clients operate in to grasp clients’ technology options in the context of global, industry, economic, technology, and social trends.
- Lead teams to provide world-class Digital, IT or Cloud technology strategy solutions to clients to meet their unique market and organizational needs.
- Help clients achieve long-term success by drawing up practical road maps that help clients carry out Digital, IT or Cloud strategy, manage technology change, monitor and gauge processes, and rectify issues if needed.
- Manage relationships with clients to maintain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
- Keep deepening your prowess in business and technology strategy in order to reinforce Accenture’s reputation as a thought leader.
- Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
- Manage junior members of the Strategy team and groom them for more responsibility.
Qualification
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm
- Minimum 5 years of experience in at least 2 of the example offerings (Cloud Transformation, Industry & New Technology, Technology ROI/Cost Take Out, Operating Model, Modern Architecture, Data-Driven Enterprise)
- Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree

- You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and problem structuring skills
- You have broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging)
- You’re a natural at building, managing, and fostering teams
- You have top-notch communication (written and oral) and people skills
